NYC Veterans Day Parade 2026

Wed, Nov 11, 2026Fifth Avenue · New York

New York City’s Veterans Day Parade returns to Fifth Avenue for a public tribute to veterans, active-duty service members and military families. The procession brings together marching units, service organizations and spectators along the Manhattan route. Viewing is free, making it one of November’s most significant civic events, but the exact start time and assembly details should be confirmed through the organizer’s final public guidance. Arrive early for security, street closures and the best sightlines, and use public transit because avenue access will be restricted. Treat the event respectfully and follow instructions from parade staff and city agencies. The official United War Veterans Council source remains the place to check final route, timing, accessibility and weather-related information.
