How we handle your data and keep the platform safe.

When you create an account we store your email, display name, and (optionally) an avatar. If you save items to your 7Days List or submit an event, we store that content tied to your account. Newsletter subscribers provide an email address only.

Account data is used to sign you in, personalize saved lists, and send the newsletters you opt into. We do not sell personal data. Event submissions are reviewed by our editorial team before anything is published publicly.

• Passwords are hashed and managed by our authentication provider — we never see your raw password.
• Sign in with Google is supported so you can avoid creating another password.
• You can reset your password or delete your account from the Account settings page at any time.

• All traffic is served over HTTPS.
• Database access is protected by row-level security so each user can only read and modify their own records.
• Administrative actions are restricted to staff roles and recorded in an internal activity log.
• Secrets and API keys are stored server-side and never shipped to the browser.

Articles, events, guides, and experiences shown on the site are intentionally public. Personal information attached to event submissions (organizer email, phone, internal notes) is never exposed publicly and is only visible to the submitter and our editorial staff.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
