Circle Line runs New Year's Eve sailings from Pier 83 at West 42nd Street, with boarding at 9:00 PM and the cruise out on the Hudson from roughly 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Midnight happens on the water with the Midtown skyline on one side and the Statue of Liberty run behind you — no crowd pens, no cover charge negotiations at a door. There are two formats: a seated dinner cruise that works for families and couples, and a 21+ party cruise with DJ and bar service. Both sell by boat and sell out; confirm which sailing you are booking, and arrive at the pier well before departure because the boat does not wait.
